Cabinet lead times and scheduling that map ordering, building, delivery and installation so your project fits around holidays, trades and move-in dates.
Cabinets are not an overnight product. Custom work takes time to design, build and finish, and ordered cabinets can take weeks to arrive. If the schedule is not planned, other trades wait and projects drift. A good schedule shows each step, flags long lead items and fits the work around your life, holidays and deadlines.
We start with a Free Cabinet Estimate and ask for your target dates, including events, move-ins or holidays. We map the steps from approval to ordering, building, finishing, delivery and installation, and show where the long waits are. We share the written schedule, update it as decisions are made and coordinate with other trades so no one is waiting for cabinets or the other way around. Lead times depend on many things, including the style, the finish, the shop schedule and special order hardware. We separate the steps that must happen in order from those that can overlap, such as ordering countertops while cabinets are built. We keep you informed of any change, explain what caused it and show how we plan to get back on track, so you always know where the project stands.
You see each phase with start and end estimates, in plain language.
Special order doors, hardware and appliances are tracked so they do not hold up the project.
